M&S is investigating a potential class action against major banks and insurance companies for allegedly steering mortgage customers to overpriced force-placed insurance plans. Google and Squareup, Insecure Credit Card Data
M&S is investigating a potential class action against Google and Squareup for failing to secure the credit card and financial data of their customers. Debit Card Overdraft Protection Fraud
M&S is investigating banks who illegally manipulate customer debit card transactions with the express purpose of overdrafting customer accounts. The three banks who are alleged to be the worst offenders, according to a recently released report by the Consumer Federation of America, are Fifth Third Bank, RBS Citizens, and PNC Bank.
