Just Energy, formerly known as U.S. Energy Savings Corp., claims to offer homeowners savings and "price protection" on their home energy bills through long-term contracts, as long as five years.  Customers claim that Just Energy misrepresents the prices it will charge, and ends up charging customers much more than they would pay with their local utility companies.  Others report that Just Energy obtains their account information and changes their service without consent.
