This website keeps what it calls a “blacklist” of customers who have exercised their right to a “chargeback” on their credit cards. Businesses can then use this information to deny service to blacklisted consumers. Badcustomer allows consumers to remove themselves from the list by paying a fee. According to the website, over 7 million people are on the blacklist. Please contact us by phone or by filling out the consumer intake form on our site.
