Mehri & Skalet, along with co-counsel represent current and former mortgage loan officers and account executives employed in California by Bank of America between October 2003 and the present, who incurred expenses related their work and who were not reimbursed by Bank of America. The mortgage loan officers and account executives are seeking reimbursement for expenses such as mileage, cell phone usage, promotional materials, internet usage, meal and entertainment expenses, and home office expenses. The employees are also seeking reimbursement for deductions from their pay, including closing costs, underage charges, uncollected/waived fee charges, misquote and rate lock failure charges, and curtailment charges.
