Mehri & Skalet was co-counsel in Woody v. CVS Caremark Corp., a case filed in the United District Court for the Southern District of New York, by a former CVS assistant store manager. The case was brought on behalf of persons who were employed by CVS in the United States at any after October 9, 2004 who were non-exempt employees but received no compensation for overtime or were paid for overtime at a rate less than 1.5 times his or her regular rate of pay.
