We are investigating a potential class action against Evercom, also known as Correctional Billing Services and T-Netix. 

Evercom sells long distance telephone services to prisoners and their families.  We are investigating complaints that Evercom overcharges families for the calls that inmates make, e.g., charging for a full 20-minute call when the actual call was much shorter.
